Butter cake - 1 kg

Ingredients
·         Butter 250g
·         Flour 250g
·         Sugar 250g
·         4 Eggs
·         Baking powder 1 1/2 tea spoon
·         Milk 3 - 4 Table spoon
·         Banana essence 1-2 drops (if necessary)
·         Lemon peels 1 Table spoon
·         Vanilla essence 2 Table spoon
·         Lemon juice 1 Table spoon

How to make?
1. Sift Baking powder and flour together and keep it aside.

2. Beat the butter well.

3. Add sugar to the butter and mix until the mixer get fluffy.

4. Add 4 eggs gradually one after one and mix well.

5. Then add the flour mixer gradually to the egg and sugar mixer and stir well slowly until the mixer blend properly. (Use the Spatula to stir. Don’t use the mixer machine) 

6. Grease the cake tray and pre heat the oven to 160 °C for 10 minutes.

7. Finally put the cake mixer to the tray and put the tray to the oven and bake 45 minutes under 160°C - 180° C


8. Insert a tooth pick into the cake and if it comes out clean, the cake is ready to serve.
